| 摘 要： | 目的检测介入治疗前、后局部晚期宫颈癌细胞中黏附分子N-cadherin、E-cadherin表达的变化,评价其对肿瘤转移和浸润的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学染色(SP)方法,检测14例介入治疗前后局部晚期宫颈癌患者癌细胞中E-cadherin和N-cadherin的表达情况。结果介入治疗前E-cadherin在局部晚期宫颈癌细胞中的阳性表达率为62.5%,N-cadherin的阳性表达率为100%。介入治疗后E-cadherin的阳性表达率增至100%,但表达增加无统计学意义(P>0.05);N-cadherin的阳性表达率下降为71.4%,表达下降有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入治疗能够降低肿瘤细胞的间质表型分子N-cadherin的表达,有可能促进上皮表型分子标志物的正常表达,从而降低肿瘤的侵袭及浸润行为。 |
