发动机在线密封测试泄漏率的研究

摘    要:
简要介绍了发动机密封测试使用的设备、流程和方法。通过分析密封测试对象,得出影响测试结果的主要因素,并探讨了各因素干扰泄漏率指标的原因和影响程度。在采取各种方法消除较大的系统泄漏和伪泄露的基础上,统计一定数量合格发动机测试的泄漏率允许范围,并通过市场退回的泄露发动机的情况来验证该范围的合理性。

Abstract:
The equipment,process and method of engine sealing test are described.The main factors affecting the test results are obtained by analyzing the sealed test objects,and the causes and impact indicators are discussed.The permitted range of leakage rate is counted according to the statistical tests of a certain number of qualified engines based on the means to eliminate system leaks and pseudo leaks,and the rationality of the permitted range through market return of leakage engines is verified.IN
