| 摘 要： | 在车灯配光镜模具中,三角花纹是比较特殊的结构。比较了普通侧花纹和三角侧花纹,针对三角侧花纹结构特点,研究出了其制造工艺路线,并分别对其在制造中碰到的关键技术和诸多难点,逐一进行了分析,并提出了独特的系统解决方案。在某一副车灯前照灯配光镜模具中,进行了切削实证,模具T0后的效果是令人满意的。

| Abstract: | In the field of injection mold for auto lamp lens,triangle side-step is a kind of special structure.The ordinary round-shape side-step and triangle side step has been compared.According to the feature of triangle side-step,the manufacturing process has been given at first.Then a series of key techniques and difficult points have been analyzed individually,special systematic solutions have been proposed too.In an injection mould of head lamp lens,we use these ideas.The ultimate result is ideal. |
