| 摘 要： | 运用经典系统工程工作分解(WBS)与组织机构分解(OBS)理论研究汽车开发的技术资源管理方法。通过车型平台化、系统模块化协同开发理念,引入平台化车型项目群组管理概念,研究同一车型平台或平台带宽上主导项目与衍生项目之间的开发关系。提出平台化车型开发管理中资源配置优化的措施。
