| 摘 要： | 模拟教学法是以培养学生的综合职业能力为目标，学生在全真的教学环境下，达到对所从事的工作的全过程的体验与掌握，实现对于工作岗位的“零适应”能力要求。在高职实训教学中，开展模拟教学，旨在探索一种有利于培养综合职业人才的教学模式。

| Abstract: | The simulation teaching method aims to cultivate student＇s comprehensive professional ability. Under the simulated teaching environment, the students can experience the whole working process and have a understanding of the job that they will do, so that they can do the job without the adaptation period after graduation. This paper proposes efficient ways to utilize simulation teaching method in practice teaching. |
