北京市高负荷交通走廊的复线研究

摘    要:通过对北京城市轨道交通规划建设经验的总结,结合城市副中心和京津冀协同发展战略,借鉴世界大城市都市圈的经验成果,提出北京长安街走廊修建复线以解决高负荷交通的必要性和重要性,对修建复线需要重点关注和研究的问题给出建议,认为修建复线应根据客流和交通需求分析进行模型测算后确定设站方案,合理分配两线的运输能力需求,缓解对既有车站及区段的冲击;根据工程条件和快捷性确定最高速度目标值,兼顾时间和效益;总结借鉴本轮建设规划中线路结构深埋的建设经验和专题研究成果,以降低结构深埋的风险。

Abstract:The paper summarizes the experience of planning and construction of urban rail transit in Beijing and other large cities in the world in terms of urban sub-center and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy.The importance and necessity of building the double line corridor to alleviate the high traffic load in the Chang'an Avenue of Beijing are put forward,and the recommendation on the problems to be focused on and studied is given.The scheme of stations of double line should be determined according to the passenger flow and the calculation of traffic demand analysis,and the transport capacity requirements should be allocated reasonably between the existing line and the double line to ease the impact on the existing stations and sections;The highest speed target value should be determined in terms of the engineering condition and the convenience to balance time and efficiency at the same time.The risks of the deep-buried structure should be reduced by learning from the construction experience of the deep-buried structure in the second round of the construction planning and monographic research results.
