南京地铁网络化运营集中式控制中心设计研究

根据城市轨道交通网络化建设的发展,线网运营控制中心集中式构架设计,结合控制中心协调指挥应急处理功能,实现城市轨道交通网络化运营管理、协调、资源共享,提高对突发事件的处理能力,确保轨道交通多条线路的列车安全、可靠和高效运行,对其运营过程实施全面的集中监控和管理。分析网络化运营条件下集中式控制中心的建设模式、功能布局,提出所需的关键设计需求。结合南京地铁灵山控制中心工程方案设计实例,探讨城市轨道交通综合控制中心的功能布局、设计思路,实现轨道交通控制中心统一调度指挥、信息共享以及协调应急处理的综合模式。

Design of Centralized Control Center for Nanjing Metro Network Operation

The centralized architecture design,which includes the emergency command system,for the operation control center of the urban rail network is required to meet the demands arising from the expansion of urban rail networks on operation management,coordinated operation of urban rail transit networks and sharing of resources.The design aims to improve the ability to deal with emergencies and ensure the safety,reliability and efficiency of train operation for multiple rail transit lines,focusing on the comprehensive monitoring and management of the operation process.The key design requirements on construction mode and function layout of the centralized control center for rail network operation are proposed.The project of Lingshan control center for Nanjing Metro is studied to illustrate the ideas behind the design of the comprehensive control center in terms of the functions of the center.
