苏州轨道交通警用传输上层网规划与实践

分析苏州轨道交通网络化运营条件下警用传输上层网建设的必要性;按照统筹规划、分步实施的原则,提出初期、近期、远期"三步走"的上层网规划方案,从而实现共享传输设备资源、方便新线接入、提高管理效率的目标。以苏州轨道交通4号线为例,介绍后续线路接入已建上层网的过程,对上层网规划建设进行归纳总结后提出建议:警用传输上层网的建设应统筹规划、尽早考虑,最好在第一条线路建设时便着手规划,在第二条线路建设时进行布局实施;另外建议在线路不断增多带来业务增加的同时,分阶段、分步骤升级上层网带宽,这样既能保护现有设备投资,又能更好地适应轨道交通警用传输系统不断增长的业务承载需求。

Upper Transmission Network for Police in Suzhou Rail Transit: Planning and Practice

The necessity of building the upper transmission network for police under network operation is analyzed.According to the principle of overall planning and step-by-step implementation,the scheme of the upper network planning for the early stage,the short-term stage and the long-term stage is put forward,to realize the goal of sharing transmission equipment resources,having convenient new rail access and improving management efficiency.Suzhou Metro Line 4 is taken as an example to present the process of follow-up lines access to build upper network.Some suggestions are proposed for the planning and construction of the upper network.The overall planning of the upper transmission network for police should be made and considered as soon as possible.It is the best time to begin planning when the construction of the first rail line starts and to implement the plan when the building of the second line is underway.It is also advisable to upgrade the upper-layer bandwidth in a phased and step-by-step manner,which will protect the existing equipment investment and better adapt to the increasing traffic carrying capacity of the rail transit system.
