| Abstract: | This paper starts to discuss getting rid of secure hidden troubles and establishing secure guarantee system,brings out four basic conditions.These refer to college leaders' recognition is a premise,the perfection of mechanism is basic,security education is essential,and strengthening supervising is dependable.All these conditions are expected to make contribution to college security guarantee. |
