厦门环岛路钟宅湾大桥设计与施工关键技术

摘    要:厦门环岛路钟宅湾大桥是环岛路跨越钟宅湾的特大桥。主桥采用钢箱拱中承式提篮拱桥,主梁采用栓焊结合的钢-混凝土组合梁,主桥主墩采用分离式承台,钻孔灌注桩基础,钢箱梁、拱座、拱肋、横撑、立柱均采用S355N(材料号1.0545)钢材,水平系杆采用填充式环氧钢绞线,钢结构采用喷铝和聚氨脂面漆相结合的涂装体系,钢结构吊装采用满堂支架方法配合大型浮吊吊装。大桥的施工监控工作包括理论计算、监测和调整三部分内容。用桥梁空间和平面两套计算程序进行计算分析与对比,与设计计算所确定的理论成桥状态和典型的施工状态进行相互校对,并在施工过程中不断对后续施工控制指标进行动态调整。2004年6月24—30日,桥梁在通车前进行了成桥动静载试验,试验结果表明,钟宅湾大桥结构几何线性、内力状态、强度、刚度及动力性能均满足设计要求,具有设计期望的可靠度。成桥线型精度大大高于有关规范要求。

Abstract:Zhongzhaiwan Bridge of Xiamen Huandao Road is an extra-long bridge spanning Zhongzhaiwan Gulf. Half-through X-style arch bridge with steel box girder is employed for the main structure and bolted and welded steel-concrete composite beam for the main girder. The main pier of the main bridge adopts separate bearing platform. S355N steels (material number 1054 5) are used with no exception for bored concrete pile foundation, steel box girder, arch base, arch rib, transverse support and vertical column. Level tie bar adopts (filled-type) epoxy steel strand. The steel structure adopts coating system in combination with aluminum spray and polyurethane paint. The lift and assembly of steel structure adopts the method of full framing method coordinating with the floating crane. The supervision task for bridge construction consists of three parts, namely, theoretical calculation, supervision and adjustment. Calculation analysis and comparison are carried out by two sets of programmes-bridge space and plane. The state of theoretically finished bridge determined by design and calculation is collated with typical construction state. During construction, dynamic adjustments are continuously made on the follow-up construction control indexes. From 24th to 30th of June 2004, dynamic and static load tests were conducted before the bridge was open to traffic. Tests results show that the geometrical linearity, internal force state, strength, rigidity and mechanical performance of Zhongzhaiwan Bridge structure all meet design requirements and possess the expected reliability. The linetype precision of the finished bridge is far higher than that of the specification requirement.
