排气歧管漏气对催化器的影响

摘    要:目前市场上很多发动机的三元催化器封装在紧耦式的排气歧管中,封装后如果发生泄漏现象,将对整体的废气处理效果产生很大的影响,并且造成排温过高和催化器寿命降低等一系列后果。文章阐述了紧密耦合式排气歧管封装后的泄漏问题以及泄漏后对于发动机整体排放的影响,通过对三元催化器反应机理、试验结果以及失效件的状态分析,指出排气歧管泄漏影响最终尾气质量,并以此为依据指导日后发动机排气系统的设计和大规模生产等实际应用。

Affection on Catalytic Converter Due to Leaking of Exhaust Manifold
Abstract:At present, there are many three-way catalytic converters are enclosed in the close coupling exhaust manifolds. Once leaking, it will affect the disposure of the exhaust wholly and results in a much higher exhaust temperature, shorter life-span of the catalytic converter. This paper introduces the leaking of the enclosed close coupling exhaust manifold as well as the affection on engine emission exerted by the leaking. Through analyzing the reaction mechanism of three-way catalytic converters, test results and the state of failure parts, this paper comes to an inclusion that the leaking of exhaust manifold will affect the quality of exhaust gas and we should take it as guidance for the design of the system of engine exhaustion and large-scale production in the near future.
