摘    要:杭州湾跨海大桥南航道桥施工地理环境恶劣,地质条件复杂。D13号墩钻孔桩钢护筒直径大,长度长,壁厚薄,在下沉过程中出现部分护筒变形,钻孔施工无法进行。主要介绍D13号墩钢护筒变形状况、原因分析、处理方法以及预防措施。

Abstract:The geographic environment where construction of the south channel bridge of Hangzhou Bay Bridge is carried out is harsh and the geological conditions thereof are complicated.For the steel casings used for bored piles of Pier D13,the diameter of each casing is large,the length is great and thickness of the casing wall is small.During sinking of the casings,deformation occurred on some of the casings,which stopped the boring construction of the piles from going on.In this paper,the situations,cause analysis and methods for handling of the deformation of the casings of Pier D13,and corresponding preventive measures against the deformation are mainly dealt with.
