摘    要:为解决高速公路紧急救援系统实时信息共享、协调联动和快速反应的问题,在分析系统体系及层次结构的基础上,提出利用共用信息平台技术的设计思想;通过构建系统框架及分析关键技术,开发了吉林省高速公路路网指挥调度系统数字平台。研究结果实现了高速公路紧急救援系统的整合平台。

Abstract:In order to get real-time information sharing,coordination and fast response of the expressway emergency aid system,the system and hierarchy of the expressway emergency aid were analyzed,then the design about making use of the technology of common(information) platform was suggested.With the system frame and the key technology,the direction and scheduling system digit platform was developed.The results show that the integrated platform can be achieved.
