柴油机燃用甲醇—生物柴油—柴油微乳化燃料燃烧特性分析

摘    要:在柴油机结构不做改动的情况下,基于燃烧示功图的分析,定量研究了甲醇含量对燃烧压力、压力升高率、燃烧放热规律和循环变动量的影响。结果表明:甲醇的含量越大,滞燃期越长;燃烧压力和最大压力升高率均增大且出现的位置后移,其中燃用M15最大压力升高率接近0.45 MPa/°CA;累积放热率达到95%时,燃用柴油为上止点后55°CA,燃用M5和M10为上止点后53°CA,燃用M15为上止点后57°CA,位置差别不大。甲醇含量增加,柴油机循环变化量增大,燃用M0的COVpmi为1.61%,燃用M10的COVpmi为1.82%,燃用M15的COVpmi为3.32%。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of combustion indicator diagram,the influences of methanol content on the combustion pressure,the pressure rise rate,the thermal efficiency and the cyclic variability were researched without changing the original configuration of diesel engine.The results show that the ignition delay period is extended with the increase of methanol content.The combustion pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate increase and their positions move backward.The maximum pressure rise rate is close to 0.4...
