| 摘 要： | 本文采用心阻抗图观察92例患者潘生丁试验(DP—T)。结果表明:①冠心病组94%患者的B—X缩短(P<0.01)。Q—B/B—X增大(P<0.01),A波、O波振幅亦增大(P<0.05),A/C、0/C均增大(P<0.01)。②可疑冠心病组69%患者有上述指标变化。③正常对照组3%有上述指标改变。这可能是DP引起冠状动脉窃血所致。并指出采用上述指标观察DP—T诊断冠心病,其敏感性优于心电图及症状学诊断。

| Abstract: | 92 patients undergoing dipyridamole test (DP-T) was observed by impedance cardiogram. Theresults revealed that; the shortening of B-X (P<0. 01), the rising of the ratio of Q-B/B-X (P<0. 01), the gaining of amplitude of A and Owaves (P<0. 05). and the rising of the ratio ofboth A/O and O/C(P<0. 01) were found in 94per cent of the patients in CHD group; all thechanges in indexes listed above were found in 69per cent of patients in the group of suspectedCHD; and in 3 per cent of the persons in controlgroup. These changes may result from coronarysteal due to DP, suggesting that the sensitivity ofthe above observation on DP-T is superior toelectrocardiography ot symptomatology in diagno-sis of CHD. |
