Financial Subsidy Mechanism for Public Transport Enterprises Wuhan Academy of Social Sciences

In order to give priority to urban public transport development and protect public transport enterprises for sustainable development, it＇s urgent to study the financial subsidy calculation method of urban public transport. This paper ascertains the fundamental basis and principles of financial subsidy mechanism, defines the scope, manner and funds source of financial subsidies, establishes the financial subsidy mechanism based on cost regulation, which provide the basis for the policy-related losses subsidy mechanism.
