向心涡轮叶轮顶切的数值研究

摘    要:针对一种广泛应用的普通涡轮,采用数值方法对叶轮项切后的涡轮进行了模拟,并对叶轮顶切后的涡轮性能及内部流场进行了详细的分析研究,了解了顶切方法对该涡轮效率和流量的影响,找到了造成顶切后涡轮的效率和流量发生变化的内在因素,为向心涡轮叶轮顶切方法的建立和实现与排量相近的发动机的匹配提供了依据.

Abstract:For a widely-used turbine,the trimming turbine was simulated,its performance and internal flow were analyzed and researched in detail.The influences of trimming on turbine efficiency and flow were known and the internal factors that influenced the trimming turbine efficiency and flow were found,which provides the reference for establishing turbine trimming method and being matched with the engines with similar displacement.
