全液压平地机行驶驱动系统散热性能研究

摘    要:由全液压平地机行驶驱动闭式系统效率的理论分析可知,在跑车工况时其效率最低,为最恶劣工况.通过对闭式系统散热功率和补油热平衡计算得出其达到平衡的条件.该理论的正确性通过跑车极限工况下的试验得以验证.

Abstract:This paper gets the conclusion from the analysis of the efficiency of Travelling-Drive System in full hydrostatic motor grader that the rapid driving is the most inefficient time on the system when the working conditions are worst. It found out the condition of heat balance in the closed system through the theoretical analysis of thermal power and oil fill system. The above conclusion is proved to be right by recording the performance of the motor grader at its top velocity.
