柴油/生物柴油/乙醇三元混合燃料最佳掺烧比的研究

摘    要:运用均匀设计研究柴油/生物柴油/乙醇混合燃料的最佳掺烧比,建立以NOx、燃油消耗率、烟度为评价指标的二次多项式模型,确定基于评价指标单独优化及综合优化的最佳掺烧比。结果表明,以NOx为优化目标,综合考虑所有工况,生物柴油的掺烧比例与乙醇的掺烧比例应当成反比,柴油/生物柴油/乙醇最优掺烧比为0.85/0.05/0.1。以燃油消耗率为优化目标,综合考虑所有工况,随着生物柴油比例的增加燃油消耗率先减少后增大,随着乙醇比例增加燃油消耗率增大,柴油/生物柴油/乙醇最佳掺烧比为0.72/0.23/0.05。以烟度为优化目标,综合考虑所有工况,随着生物柴油比例的增加烟度先减少后增大,随着乙醇比例增加烟度增大,柴油/生物柴油/乙醇最佳掺烧比为0.74/0.21/0.05。以综合为优化目标,柴油/生物柴油/乙醇最佳掺烧比为0.75/0.25/0.05。

Abstract:The optimal proportion of diesel/bio-diesel/ethanol was researched with uniform design,the quadratic polynomial model which took the NOx emission,the specific fuel consumption,the smoke value as evaluation indexes was established,and the optimal proportion was acquired based on the partial optimization and comprehensive optimization of evaluation indexes.The results show that taking the NOx emission as optimization objective,the bio-diesel and ethanol should be increased or decreased in inverse proportion and the optimal proportion of diesel/bio-diesel/ethanol is 0.85/0.05/0.1.Taking the specific fuel consumption(SFC) as optimization objective,SFC is decreased first then increased with the increase of bio-diesel proportion and is increased with the increase of ethanol proportion,and the optimal proportion of diesel/bio-diesel/ethanol is 0.72/0.23/0.05.Taking the smoke value as optimization objective,the smoke value is decreased first then increased with the increase of bio-diesel proportion and is increased with the increase of ethanol proportion,and the optimal proportion of diesel/bio-diesel/ethanol is 0.74/0.21/0.05.Considering comprehensive factors,the optimal proportion of diesel/biodiesel/ethanol should be 0.74/0.21/0.05.
