永磁同步电机MTPA控制系统设计

摘    要:为有效提高永磁同步电机控制器资源的利用率和数据采集的精度,利用模块化方法设计了永磁同步电机的最大转矩电流比(MTPA)矢量控制系统,通过CAN通信的方式将转速和电角度等信息发送到上位机。通过对系统的实验测试,验证了该控制方法以及CAN通信功能的有效性。针对工程实践中出现的电角度误差和相电流直流偏差问题,提出了误差补偿量的计算方法和实现方法,具有较强的实际工程应用价值。

Abstract:In order to effectively improve the resource utilization of the permanent magnet synchronous motor controller and the accuracy of data collection,the maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was realized by the modular design method,and the speed and angle information were sent to the upper position through CAN communication machine.The effectiveness of the control method and CAN communication function were verified by the experimental test of the system.For the problems of electrical angle error and phase current DC error in engineering practice,the calculation method and realization method of error compensation were proposed,which has strong practical engineering application value.
