摘    要:为解决某商用车动力总成悬置系统怠速抖动问题,提出了考虑悬置系统结构阻尼的动反力频响特性计算方法。基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法对解耦指标、动反力及各频率间隔之和进行了多目标优化,优化后动力总成悬置系统解耦率明显提高,系统动反力下降了4.91%。通过整车动力总成隔振试验,对比原始状态与优化状态在怠速工况下的综合隔振率,证明了该优化方法的正确性,为动力总成悬置系统设计提供了指导意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the idle jitter problem of a commercial vehicle powertrain mounting system,a calculation method of dynamic reaction frequency response considering the structural damping of the mounting system was proposed.The multi-objective optimization of the decoupling index,the dynamic reaction force and the sum of each frequency interval was carried out based on the NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm.After the optimization,the decoupling rate of the powertrain mounting system was obviously improved,and the dynamic reaction force of the system was reduced by 4.91%.Through the isolation test of the whole vehicle powertrain and comparing the comprehensive vibration isolation rate of the original state and the optimized state under idle conditions,it is proved that the optimization method is correct and provides a guiding significance for the design of powertrain mounting system.
