摘    要:针对某SUV车内噪声较大的问题,建立了白车身有限元模型,运用模态分析和传递函数分析理论对车内噪声的激励源和车身结构的振动特性进行分析,提出对车身顶盖增加补强胶片的优化方案。优化后,测得峰值频率处车内噪声幅值降低了3.4 dB,且主观驾评发现噪声问题消失,表明优化方案可行,验证了基于声场测试结果结合模态分析和传递函数分析进行噪声激励源定位和优化的可行性与准确性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of interior noise of a SUV,the finite element model of BIW was established.The excitation source of interior noise and the vibration characteristics of body structure were analyzed by modal analysis and transfer function analysis theory.According to the analysis results,the problem was diagnosed and the optimization scheme of adding reinforcement film to the body cover was proposed.After the implementation of the optimization scheme,the amplitude of the interior noise at the peak frequency was reduced by 3.4 dB,and the problem disappeared in subjective driving evaluation.The result shows that the optimization scheme is feasible.It verifies the feasibility and accuracy of noise excitation source location and optimization based on sound field test results combined with modal analysis and transfer function analysis.
