摘    要:独柱墩桥梁由于其特有的结构特点和受力特性,存在倾覆风险,即有部分独柱墩桥梁倾覆能力储备不足,需要进行加固设计.结合工程实例,采用了增设钢盖梁和双支座方案,对钢盖梁建立了ASNYS精细化三维模型,通过优化设计,确定了合理的钢构件空间布置间距,各钢构件强度满足规范验算要求;同时,采用抱箍和锚固的方式,将钢盖梁连接于独柱墩,并对锚栓布设进行了优化设计,对锚栓钢材和墩柱混凝土承载能力进行了验算.本文可为类似独柱墩桥梁加固提供有益的技术参考和案例参照.

Abstract:Due to its unique structural and mechanical characteristics, the single-column pier bridge has the risk of overturning, that is, some single column pier bridges have insufficient overturning capacity and need to be reinforced. Combined with the engineering cases, the scheme of adding steel bent cap and double support is adopted. ASNYS refined three-dimensional model is established for steel bent cap. Through the optimization design, the reasonable space arrangement spacing of steel components is determined. The strength of each steel component meets the standard checking requirements. At the same time, the steel bent cap is connected with the single-column pier by the way of hoop and anchorage, and the anchor bolt layout is optimally designed. The bearing capacities of anchor bolt steel and pier concrete are checked. The above provide the useful technical and case references for the reinforcement of the similar single-column pier bridges.
