中心城区城市停车解决方案思考

摘    要:随着我国汽车保有量的增长,城市停车位缺口越来越大,尤其是中心城区,开发密度较大,导致用地紧缺、交通拥挤、停车困难等问题更加严重.在当前由粗放式的外沿到集约化、紧凑化发展的背景下,解决城市停车问题十分迫切.重点研究中心城区在高密度开发、用地紧张的环境下如何解决城市停车问题,在分析城市停车综合解决思路基础上提出“地下+立体+智慧”停车的解决新思路,并对这三方面的解决方案分别进行论述,对中心城区停车解决方案提出发展建议,可为今后城市停车解决方案的具体实施提供参考.

Abstract:With the increase of car ownership in China, the shortage of urban parking space is getting big, especially in the central urban area. The larger density of development has caused the serious problems of land shortage, traffic congestion and parking difficulty. Under the background from the outer edge of the extensive form to the intensive and compact development in the current, it is very urgent to solve the urban parking problem. How to solve the urban parking problems of central urban area in the environment of high-density development and land shortage is specially studied. On the basis of analyzing the comprehensive solutions of urban parking, a new solution of "underground + stereo + intelligent" parking is proposed, the solution of these three aspects is discussed respectively, and the development proposal of parking solution in central urban area is put forward, which can provide the reference for the implementation of urban parking solutions in the future.
