依托自身优势，实现嘉兴港大发展

嘉兴港自1986年乍浦港区开发以来，受政策导向与资金限制，在实践中依靠自身条件优势，创新港口发展模式。在新一轮长三角港口群建设中，嘉兴港作为浙江沿海港口群落的“桥头堡”，迎来了新的发展契机。通过对嘉兴港自身条件的优劣势分析，提出要实现嘉兴港的大发展，还需在发展模式、管理体制、经营机制、人才引进以及市场环境培育等方面做出相应的改进工作。
