| Abstract: | Construction supervision is located in the forward position of the investment control during construction. It plays the most foundational role for the investment control. Now I combine the supervision experience of Shanghai Sector of Tongsan National Highway, talk about my viewpoint, i. e. during the construction the investment control stress point of supervision. |
