硼铁ICP-AES分析方法研究

摘    要:为建立用ICP-AES技术分析测定硼铁的方法开展了试验研究。对元素分析谱线光谱情况进行考察和研究后,选择了合适的分析谱线,优化选择了仪器工作参数和分析条件,进行了加标回收试验和精密度试验。结果表明,该方法先进可靠、分析速度快,一次分解样品可测定多个项目,适用于各种牌号硼铁样品的测定。

Abstract:Tests were studied to make an approach to ferroboron by ICP-AES technology. Based on the investigation on the element spectrum,appropriate analysis spectral line was selected,instrument action parameter was optimized, and tagging recycle tests and precise tests were carried out.Results show that this approach is an advanced and reliable way,which can measure several items by disassembling specimens in one time and can suit the measurement of various brand ferroborons.
