摘 要: | 文章介绍了一款可以实现耐久试验及基本性能检测功能的电动玻璃升降器试验台。该试验台采用了可编程终端及PLC相结合的人机界面控制系统,能实现1台机器对4个车门进行耐久试验和基本性能的测试。通过实际工程项目,验证了试验台设计的正确性及其工作的可靠性,对同类型试验台的设计具有很好的参考价值。

Abstract: | An electric glass regulator tested-bed with durability test and basic performance inspection is introduced in the paper. Human-machine interface control system combined programmable terminal and PLC is adopted. The durability test and basic performance inspecting for four doors in one test-bed is proceeded. With practical project the validity and reliability of the test-bed design is verified. And it has the reference value for the same type test-bed. |
