摘    要:从传统AFC业务模式和互联网票务业务模式分析对比出发,说明互联网票务业务的上线对于提高运营管理效率、降低运维及票务运作成本、提升乘客满意度等方面具有重大意义,有效地提升了地铁行业门户自动售检票系统的整体服务质量。结合目前国内现状,重点探讨互联网票务上线以来的经济效益分析,旨在对既有工程运营进行总结,对后续工程实施进行指导。首先阐述了互联网票务相关业务及其流程,其次分析了进行经济效益分析的目的和意义,再次从设备、终端模块数量减少,票卡采购量减少,资源及能源消耗量降低、运营人力成本降低,设备故障率降低,无形收益等多方面多维度进行了详细分析,最后给出未来指标上升空间的预测。研究成果对于后续互联网票务系统的建设和既有互联网票务业务的运营管理具有很好的参考价值。

Abstract:An analysis of the difference between the traditional automatic fare collection (AFC) system ticketing mode and Internet ticketing mode indicates that Internet ticketing significantly improves the operation management efficiency, reduces the maintenance and ticketing costs, improves passenger satisfaction, and effectively improves the quality of the AFC system service. Considering the current situation, this paper emphasizes the economic benefits of the Internet ticketing business, targeting the summary of existing project management and guidance of follow-up projects. First, this paper briefly introduces the relevant business and operation flow of an Internet ticketing system. Second, it analyzes the purpose and significance thereof. Third, this paper discusses the quantity reduction of equipment and terminal modules, and a reduction of the purchase volume of tickets, energy consumption, labor cost, failure rate, and invisible income. Finally, future trends are predicted. The research results serve as a reference for the management of existing systems and the construction of future Internet ticketing systems.
