大连城市轨道交通运行效果分析暨公共交通结构优化对策研究

结合大连市城市交通发展现状,总结大连市居民出行特征,并对轨道交通运营效果进行评价,指出大连市存在轨道交通与常规公交竞争严重、地铁票价较高、新线建设进度滞后、既有线与城市发展不匹配、外围线客流强度低、沿线用地开发强度低、用地性质分布不均等问题,提出大连市公共交通的几点发展对策:加速产业转型,提高城市活力;专题研究票制票价,出台优惠措施;优化常规公交线网,研究地铁、公交运营公司合并的可行性;完善核心区线网形态,进一步优化线网方案,规划建设与城市发展方向符合的重点线路;加强对轨道交通沿线用地开发的管理,确保沿线用地指标集中,开发时序一致。

Optimization Strategy for Dalian Urban Rail Transit Operation and Public Transport

Based on the status of urban traffic development, this study evaluated urban rail transit operation performance in Dalian and pointed out the following problems: vicious competition between rail transit and conventional public transit, high ticket prices, lagging new line construction, mismatch between operation lines and city development, low passenger flow in suburban lines, and insufficient land development. Optimization strategies have been proposed in different terms. Dalian should accelerate the transformation of traditional industries and increase urban vitality. In addition, further research on ticket systems and preferential measures should be conducted. Conventional public transit networks might also be optimized, and studies on combining urban transit operators and bus operators should be conducted. Acceleration of new line construction is necessary to improve urban networks, and new lines that are matched with city development should be planned. The supervision and management of land use should be strengthened to encourage high-density development and ensure an appropriate development time.
