摘    要:随着各大城市轨道交通线网的不断加密,居民乘坐轨道交通日常出行的比例越来越高,乘客对地铁车站服务品质的要求也越来越高。依托2019年年底开通的成都地铁5号线的成功经验,以对比分析为主,从长编组线路车站布置方式、车站换乘方式与楼扶梯布置、车站人性化设计、站点物业开发与后期地块开发预留条件等方面进行论证。研究发现:中部交叉型楼扶梯布置与十字形换乘型式、单向换乘流线与台到台换乘方式、加大换乘节点处侧站台宽度等措施可有效提高长编组线路地铁车站的换乘水平;长编组线路高架车站体量大,宜优先考虑路侧侧式站方案,路中方案宜优先采用鱼腹岛式站台、中部单通道进站,提升与周边环境的适应能力;地铁站点与区间隧道宜适当预留后期沿线地块开发建设条件,释放沿线地块开发价值,降低开发建设成本。

Abstract:With the expansions of rail transit networks in big cities, the number of daily subway commuters has correspondingly increased. Consequently, the necessity of improving service quality in metro stations has become increasingly urgent. By considering Line 5 of Chengdu metro, which began operation in late 2019, the study discussed and analyzed the layout of subway stations with long marshaling metro lines, passenger transfer paths, layout of stairs and escalators in transfer subway stations, people-friendly design of key stations, design of key stations for business development, and reserved conditions for future land development along metro lines. The service quality of subway stations can evidently be improved by the layout of the central crossing escalator, cross transfer mode, one-way transfer direction, and platform-to-platform transfer mode as well as increasing the width of the transfer mode side platform. The capacity of the elevated subway stations based on long marshaling trains is relatively large, and the improvement of roadside metro stations should be prioritized. To adapt to the surroundings, the fish belly island scheme and single center exit should be adopted for the elevated station in the middle of the road. The reserved conditions of subway stations and tunnels for land development along metro lines should be considered during the subway construction stage. Moreover, with the release of the development values, considerable reductions in construction costs are expected. This paper is anticipated to be used as reference for future projects.
