市域D型车辆研制及其标准实践

市域D型车辆是专为市域(郊)铁路自主研制的一款新型宽体客运车辆,车宽3 300 mm、25 kV供电,融高速动车组技术优势和城轨车辆运营特点于一体。针对市域铁路运营对车辆的要求,通过系统分析和优化设计,解决了大载客量与宽车体轻量化、快速运行与频繁起停、噪声控制等技术难题,创新研制了市域D型车辆;进而论述了温州S1线D型车辆的平面布置、编组形式、主要技术参数、主要系统技术方案。型式试验和运营统计表明,温州S1线市域D型车辆性能稳定、安全可靠,从而印证了市域D型车辆相关标准的适用性、先进性。

Development of Style D Suburban Railway Vehicle and Applicability of Its Standards

The Style D suburban railway vehicle is independently developed for suburban railways, and it is a new style of wide-body passenger vehicle with a width of 3, 300 mm and a power supply of 25 kV. It has the technical advantages of high-speed EMUs and the operating characteristics of an urban railway vehicle. In this study, in accordance with the requirements of suburban railway operation for vehicles, a system analysis was conducted and an optimization design was developed involving a large passenger capacity, lightweight and wide-body design, fast operation, frequent starts and stops, and noise control to solve technical problems. Furthermore, the plane layout, marshalling form, main technical parameters, and main system technical solutions of a Wenzhou S1 line Style D vehicle have been discussed. Type tests and operational statistics show that the Style D vehicle performance of the Wenzhou S1 line is stable, safe, and reliable, which proves the applicability and advancement of the relevant standards of a Style D suburban railway vehicle.
