| 摘 要： | 基于对旋压皮带轮旋压成型技术的研究,在退料力分析基础上,对退料装置的结构进行了改进,并采用了退料油缸,解决了旋压皮带轮退料难的问题,提高了该产品的加工质量和生产效率。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the research of the pulley spin-forming technology,on the basis of the analysis of the power of the material returning,the structure of the equipment was improved and at the same time the material returned oil cylinder was used,the problem of the difficulty to return the material was solved well,the machining quality and the production efficiency are greatly improved. |
