水泥稳定碎石配合比设计分析

摘    要:针对某高速公路提出在水泥稳定碎石基层配合比设计时。将混合料中4.75mm筛孔通过率取下限.将P.O32.5级缓凝早强水泥改用P.O42.5缓凝早强水泥的想法。通过试验,将混合料配制成粗细不同的级配,掺加不同剂量、不同品种的水泥后分别用重型击实法确定最大干密度和最佳含水量,再制成无侧限抗压强度试件得出不同情况下的强度。通过分析,认为在使用玄武岩的情况下.混合料中4.75mm筛孔通过率在规范中值附近,掺加4.5%的P.O32.5级缓凝早强水泥后水稳碎石完全能满足7d强度不小于4.0MPa的要求。

Abstract:Against the idea to use lower pass ratio through 4. 75mm sieve and replace P. O32.5 by P. O42.5 in a proposed mixture design of cement stabilized crushed stone in a expressway, this paper did some research. Through some experiments, in which the strength of different mixture design was obtained, the paper drew a conclusion that the early strength of cement stabilized crushed stone of basalt, with the pass ratio through 4.75mm sieve lying in the middle of the limit and the P. O32.5 content of 4.5%, can meet the requirement that seven-day strength is not less than 4.0 MPa.
