MSC+TSC型低压无功补偿装置的实现

摘    要:介绍了一种适用于补偿采石场碎石机、港口起重机、钢厂轧钢机等大功率冲击型负荷的低压无功补偿装置主电路的设计方案,该方案结合了传统的机械式投切方式与较先进的晶闸管投切方式,即MSC+TSC,兼顾了低成本、适用性以及高可靠性,应用效果良好。

Abstract:A design scheme for a main circuit of LV reactive power compensation device is introduced. It is especially applicable for compensating high power impact loads such as the rock breaking motor, crane motor or rolling mill motor and so on. Thanks to the combination of traditional mechanically switched capacitor and up-to-date thyristor switched capacitor ,initial investment is less,while high reliability is maintained.The application practice has proved to be an effective design.
