摘 要: | 在专用汽车领域,大型结构件的应用十分广泛。由于其占整车总质量的比重较大,所以对其进行轻量化研究意义重大,由此必然引起结构优化。以自卸车货箱边板为例,运用CATIA软件对货箱边板的CAE分析过程进行了详细阐述,为设计人员提供了一种简单有效的分析方法。

Abstract: | Large structures are used widely, especially on special vehicles. It is important to study how to reduce its' weight because of its largeness. So it is necessary to optimize structure design. Summing up the experience of using CATIA, and describing the process of analysis in detail through an example of Tipper's boxcar side, it could provided a simple and effective idea to engineer to design through CAE. |
