混凝土管桩水下裂缝维修加固技术

摘    要:混凝土管桩因其本体是混凝土结构,在施工和营运过程中均有可能造成损伤,形成环向或纵向裂缝。裂缝除了主要出现在水位变动区及以上,还会出现在水下甚至泥面以下,而水上维修加固技术因为工艺和施工条件等限制无法直接应用到水下施工。结合码头工程实例,针对混凝土管桩水下裂缝,提出在管桩外套钢护筒并浇筑混凝土工艺,形成类似钢管混凝土桩结构,利用钢护筒和混凝土对裂缝进行封闭和补强,取得维修加固的效果。

Abstract:The concrete pipe pile is likely to be damaged to form circular or vertical cracks during construction and operation due to its concrete structure.Such cracks mainly occur within water level fluctuation area and above,also underwater even under the mud level.The above-water maintenance and strengthening technique is unable to be directly applied to the underwater construction due to the restriction of technology and construction conditions.Combining with wharf engineering cases,we propose the technology of applying the steel casing outside the pipe pile and then concreting to form similar steel casing concrete pipe pile structure for the maintenance and strengthening of the cracks.
