| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内市场流量积算仪普遍采用传统的英文字符显示屏作为人机交互界面,以及流量计量操作显示的信息量大的特殊性,提出了一种带汉语音提示功能的流量积算仪,设计中采用美国ISD公司的ISD25120芯片与主控单片机MSC1210Y5实现汉语音提示功能,配以高亮、高清晰的16字2行真空荧光式VFD点阵字符显示屏,能方便直观地完成流量信息的计算、显示、算法选择、参数设定,提高了维护工作效率,降低了维护成本.

| Abstract: | In light of the large amounts of information flow measurement of the special operations,and the English screen as a manmachine interface of the totalizer device in the domestic market, this paper introduced a Chinese music prompting totalizer device, We adopt the control chip MCU MSC1210Y5 and IS1Y25120 to achieve a Chinese Music prompting function, with the help of a high-definition 16- character dot-matrix-and-characters VFD-line vacuum fluorescent display. It can complete expediently the calculation and display of flow information, the choice of algorithm and parameters setting, It can improve the work efficiency and lower the maintenance cost. |
