基于多目标优化的混合动力城市物流车制动能量回收控制策略研究

摘    要:针对混合动力城市物流车制动能量回收的安全与效率问题,提出了基于多目标优化的制动能量回收控制策略。建立了载荷估计和质心位置解析模型,使控制策略适应各种载荷变化。控制策略以制动安全性和能量回收性为优化目标,以制动力分配系数和电机制动力矩比例系数为控制变量,采用多目标遗传算法和基于模糊控制器的理想解决策法得到决策解。驾驶循环分析结果显示,所提控制策略具有较好的制动安全性和更高的制动能量回收性。

Research on Braking Energy Recovery Control Strategy Based on Multi-Objective Optimization for Hybrid Urban Logistics Vehicles

Abstract:In order to address the challenges in safety and efficiency of braking energy recovery in hybrid urban logistics vehicles, a control strategy based on multi-objective optimization for braking energy recovery was proposed. The strategy employed a load estimation model and a centroid position analytical model to ensure adaptability across diverse load conditions. In the control strategy, the optimization objectives included both braking safety and energy recovery. The braking force distribution coefficient and the proportional coefficient of motor braking torque were taken as the control variables. The final solution was obtained using the multi-objective genetic algorithm coupled with the ideal decision method based on a fuzzy controller. The results of driving cycle analysis show that the proposed control strategy exhibits better braking safety and more efficient energy recovery during braking.
