大直径、大跨度钢管混凝土顶升施工技术

摘    要:研究目的:根据雁盐黄河大桥钢管混凝土施工,对泵送顶升钢管混凝土进行研究,解决钢管混凝土的施工难题。研究方法:结合桥址、地形等进行经济技术比较,采用结构分析计算和结构变形等方法,对对称顶升钢管混凝土进行了研究。研究结论:通过雁盐黄河大桥钢管凝土泵送顶升施工实践,说明钢管混凝土配合比设计和设备选型是保证混凝土连续灌注的关键,对大跨度、大直径钢管混凝土拱桥可以采用两岸对称、上下游不对称的方式泵送顶升施工灌注钢管混凝土。

Abstract:Research purposes: Based on the steel tube concrete construction of Yanyan Yellow River Bridge,the research was made on pumped lift-up steel tube concrete in order to solve the difficult problems in steel tube concrete construction.Research methods: The research was made on symmetrical life-up steel tube concrete with the methods of structural analysis computing and structural distortion through making economic and technical analysis of the conditions of bridge site and landform.Research conclusions: The construction practice of pumped life-up steel tube concrete for Yanyan Yellow River showed the matching ratio of steel tube concrete and model selection of device were the key points for guaranteeing continuous grouting of concrete and pumped lift-up concrete could be adopted to large span and diameter steel tube concrete arch bridge in the way of symmetry for two banks and asymmetry for upper and lower reaches.
