| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于Inmarsat-C通信和ECDIS开发的船舶动态监控系统。该系统利用先进的通信技术、信息处理技术和电子海图显示技术,实现了船舶动态的全球、全天候的及时获取。监控过程不需人为的干预,确保了数据的及时、准确、可靠,系统用户界面直观友好,运行费用低廉,可扩展性强。

Design and Implementation of Supervising System for Vessels Based on Inmarsat-C Communication |

| Abstract: | Based on the Inmarsat-C communication system and ECDIS, this paper introduces the dynamic supervising system for vessels. Using advanced technologies, such as satellite communication, information management and ECDIS, this system could supervise the vessels at anytime and anywhere. The supervising process need do nothing by people in vessel, and it insures information being timely and reliable. The system has visual and friendly interface with low operational charge, and is good in expansibility. |
