摘    要:根据富春江船闸扩建改造工程总体布置方案及针对电站黑启动下的数值模拟试验成果,详细分析了富春江船闸扩建改造完成后,电站黑启动对坝下航道通航条件的影响,提出了合理保障措施,为解决类似航电枢纽航电矛盾问题提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the general layout for reconstruction project of Fuchun river navigation lock and the experiments of physical model and numerical simulation on black startup of the power plant,the influence of black startup on the navigation condition of downstream channel was analyzed,and the reasonable safeguard measures were put forward,which could be taken as a reference for resolving the problem of similar navigation-power junctions.
