| 摘 要： | 建立了AD250铰接式自卸车前悬架沙漏式橡胶弹簧的非线性有限元接触模型，对其轴向(工作方向)的非线性刚度进行了分析，得到的刚度曲线与实验结果有很好的一致性。此模型可为橡胶弹簧结构的参数优化提供理论支持。

An Analysis on Non-linear Stiffness Characteristic of Rubber Spring in Front Suspension of an Articulated Dump Truck |

| Abstract: | A non-linear FE contact model for hourglass-shaped rubber spring in the front suspension of an AD250 articulated dump truck is built. Its non-linear stiffness in axial direction (working direction) is analyzed. The stiffness curve in analysis is consistent with experiment results very well. The model provides a basis for the parameter optimization of rubber spring. |
