| 摘 要： | 《渤海海域船舶排污设备铅封程序规定》于2003年6月1日实施,按照该规定,符合条件的船舶的排污设备将实施铅封管理。文中针对铅封工作实施过程中可能出现的问题进行了探讨,提出了相应的对策。并就《渤海碧海行动计划》的实施提出了有关建议。

| Abstract: | As stipulated by the regulations on the Lead Sealing Procedures of Vessel Discharge Facilities in Bohai Sea Area, which was implemented on June 1, 2003, the applicable ships shall have their pollution discharge equipment lead sealed. This paper discusses the issues related to the implementation of this regulation and offers countermeasures and proposals in the implementation of Bohai Blue Sea Action Plan |
