摘    要:基于均匀分布的路段容量,分析了退化路网中路段行程时间的随机变动,构建了概率用户均衡交通分配模型,证明了等价数学规划模型解的等价性,设计了模型求解算法.在此基础上,建立了路段、路径及OD对行程时间可靠性计算模型.最后,在一简单网络上进行了计算分析.

Abstract:The random variation of link travel time in degradable road network is analyzed by assuming that link capacity follows a uniform distribution.At the same time,a probabilistic user equilibrium traffic assignment model is established,the equivalence of the equivalent mathematic planning model is proved and a correspondent algorithm is designed in this paper.A calculating model of link,route and OD pair travel time reliability is proposed by taking account of a specified interval of time and the structure of road network. In the end,some computations and analyses are carried out to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm.
