摘    要:阐述了影响钻孔灌注桩承载力的主要因素,以及桩底后压浆后可提高桩基承载力的机理、施工工艺和质量控制要点。通过压浆前后试验测试结果对比,分析了桩底后压浆桩的承载特性,说明桩底后压浆技术的有效性,并探讨了今后发展方向。

Abstract:The main factors influencing the bearing capacity of bored east-in-place piles are described in this article, with analysis on the mechanism of improving the bearing capacity after post-grouted at the bottom of piles,the construction tech- nology,and the key points for quality control.Having compared with the measured results before and after post-grouting,it ana- lyzed the bearing characteristics,thereby showing the effectiveness of post-grouted technology,with discussion on the develop- ment of this technology in future.
