| 摘 要： | 拼焊板是将几块不同材质、不同厚度、不同涂层的钢板焊接成一体的钢板,以满足零部件对材料性能及厚度的不同要求。激光焊接凭着多项显著的优点,非常适合用于生产拼焊板。介绍了激光拼焊板技术的发展、特点、优势、应用现状及目前在国内应用的局限性。

| Abstract: | Tailored blanks are produced by taking several steels with different kinds of materials,grades,and/or coatings and welded them into an integrated blank that will have the necessary characteristics in the right locations.Laser welding has many outstanding advantages suitable to produce tailored blank.The development,characteristics,superiority and application of laser tailored blank are introduced,and the limitation of current domestic application is also presented. |
