| 摘 要： | 教师信息档案数字化平台的建设,为高职院校师资管理提供了科学化、网络化的平台,这既有利于教学管理工作,又有利于教师自身的发展。本文主要阐述了该平台建设方案、功能模型、开发及运行维护工作。
