国内外生态港口建设现状分析及启示

文章分析了美国、日本、澳大利亚、英国等国家的先进港口建设现状,讨论了国外生态港口建设实践对我国生态港口建设的借鉴作用。结合当前我国港口环境保护的要求,分析了上海港、天津港、大连港、深圳港等在建设生态港口方面的工作进展,讨论了当前我国在生态港口建设方面存在的主要挑战。围绕资源节约型、环境友好型社会的建设,提出了我国建设生态港口的主要对策。

Analysis of Status-Quo of Ecological Port Construction at Home and Abroad and Its Enlightenments

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious with the rapid progress of ports. Ecological ports will be a brand-new port to comply with the requirement of energy saving and emission reduction for ports. This paper analyzes current situation of the advanced ecological ports in the U.S.A., Japan, Australia, the U.K. and so on, discusses their experiences to give directions to the development of ports in China. Based on the requirements of environmental protection in ports, some important harbors are summed up the situation on ecological construction, such as Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port, Dalian Port, and Shenzhen Port. According to the main problems which is caused during constructing ecological ports, this paper puts forward some countermeasure to establish development model of ecological ports in china.
