预应力混凝土梁施工的应力监测与处理方法

摘    要:在应力监测中若施工方法不同,相应的也应采取不同的应力处理方法,根据河口黄河特大桥和松花江特大桥的应力监测,结合不同施工方法的特点,分别介绍了预制拼装或预制架设施工桥梁的应力增量法和现浇法施工桥梁如何将混凝土的收缩、徐变引起的非受力应变成分从测试结果中分离出来的方法,实测结果表明两种应力处理方法均具有较高的精度,处理结果能反映桥梁结构的实际受力状态.

Abstract:The different processing methods should be adopted to different construction schemes.According to stress monitoring for the Hekou Yellow River Bridge and Songhuajiang Bridge and combined with characteristics of different construction schemes,incremental stress method for bridges of prefabricated construction is put forward,and for bridges cast-in place,the method how to deduct the influence of shrink and creep of concrete on the stress measuring result is primarily discussed.Measured stress indicates that the method put forward in this paper is of high accuracy,and processed result can reflect actual stress status of bridge structure.
